As a team Kim and Dr. Malone attended the NASA Project Management Challenge Conference. “We listened, and engaged in discussions to better understand the challenges faced by NASA, during these dynamic times as it furthers its earth, lunar and space science missions and plans a transition from the Space Shuttle to the next generation of Human Space Flight”.
“Participating in this two-day highly interactive conference is one of the tools that allowed us to determine that we have value to add to support of NASA project management, organizational development, IT, and change management initiatives”. KIMS' Alliance Team - PM Challenge Conference report.
